Where They Hire is a product of EB Academy LLC (Pensacola, Florida). By signing up, you agree to these terms, which are between you and EB Academy LLC.

About the service

Where They Hire helps you find internships, entry-level and experienced jobs abroad and in the U.S. It shows what employers say about work permits, sponsorship, OPT or CPT, and citizenship limits. You follow a link to read the full posting and apply on the employer's site.

Membership also covers the careers, majors, schools and employers pages: each U.S. metro area, from public U.S. government data. The same account signs you in there. These terms and the privacy notice cover all of Where They Hire, including those pages.

Job search information, not immigration advice

• Nothing on Where They Hire is legal, immigration or career advice. Figures on the careers and schools pages come from public government data (BLS, the Department of Labor, IPEDS) and are for reference.
• An AI agent reads postings and records the employer's exact wording. It can make mistakes, and postings can change. Check the original posting before you apply.
• "Open to apply" means we read the posting and nothing in it rules out international students; it doesn't talk about visas. "Review pending" means an automated check found no restriction and we haven't finished reviewing the posting. Neither confirms that you can apply.
• A listing doesn't guarantee that you meet every requirement or will receive an offer. The employer's stated requirements and the destination country's rules still apply.
• Abroad, we leave out postings where the employer says you must already have the right to work there, or that it will not sponsor. In the U.S., postings that say the employer won't sponsor are hidden unless you turn on "No sponsorship": OPT or CPT may still let you apply.

Plans and billing

• Membership is $39 a month or $100 for 3 months, billed through Stripe. Each plan renews at the end of its term until you cancel.
• New members get a 3-day free trial. No card is needed to start it, and nothing is charged. When it ends, you choose a plan to keep going. One trial per person.
• You can cancel anytime from your account page. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded.
• Features may change, errors may occur, and the service may be interrupted. If we change a price, we tell you before it applies to you.

Your account

• Use your own email address. One account is for one person.
• Keep your sign-in links to yourself.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Fair use

• The boards are for your own job search.
• Do not copy the boards in bulk, scrape them, resell them or republish them.
• Do not try to get into parts of the service that are not yours.

We may close an account that does these things.

Jobs posted by employers

• Employers can post jobs on Where They Hire for free. There is no fee, now or after the job goes up.
• The employer who posts a job is responsible for it: the role must be real and open, and what it says about the job, the company, visa sponsorship, OPT, CPT or work permits must be accurate.
• The "Verified employer" badge means the job was posted from an email address at the company's own domain, or one we checked by hand. It is not a check of the job's terms.
• A post stays up for 60 days unless the employer closes it sooner. We may edit how a post is shown, or remove a post or an employer account, at any time and without notice.

Ownership of content

Job postings, employer names and the sentences we quote belong to the employers and organizers who published them. We link to the original for every posting. The selection, the checks and the way they are presented are ours.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make from it, for a posting that has closed or changed, or for an application that does not succeed.
